There are many struggling individuals and some very angry journaling/searching on-line as part of their own recovery. All of this work is well intentioned, but not all is accurate or right for you. Scientific papers, consensus articles from professionals, pop psychology / self help books, fellow sufferers / group think - they are not the same - always consider the source.
We urge you to consider your author's background - look at the bio's and prior work - read with a very careful eye. Borderline Personality Disorder is a complex disorder and the the symtoms can be subtle or masked. To understand it and to work with requires educating yourself with a broad portfolio of resources.
